Her story
Kat Chareonying's journey with yoga began over a decade ago with the Ashtanga practice, where she was immediately drawn to the physical aspect. Originally expecting yoga to be slow and unchallenging, she quickly discovered how it allowed her to reconnect with her body and breathe mindfully. Over time, Kat experienced the transformative power of yoga, opening the door to a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Her evolving passion led Kat to make a major life change, leaving behind a successful 15-year career in which she felt unfulfilled. Through yoga, she found a purpose that fueled her personal growth and inspired her to help others do the same. She now embraces Vinyasa, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Yin, and Reiki as her primary practices, integrating them into her teaching.
With a strong background in fitness, Kat combines her expertise in both yoga and fitness to offer well-rounded, personalized sessions for her students. She tailors each class to meet the diverse needs of her clients, helping them reach their goals through a balanced approach that also includes nutrition advice, fostering sustainable health and well-being.
