These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Kali Experiences and its customers concerning the connection with teachers and venues for disconnection experiences.
Article 1: Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Kali Experiences and its customers concerning the connection with teachers and venues for disconnection experiences.
Article 2 : Booking
2.1 Booking conditions
Sales of tourist services are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L 121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Reservations are confirmed by email once payment has been received and validated by Kali Experiences. Details of the stay are sent electronically, and the customer undertakes to provide a valid e-mail address and to check his e-mail regularly.Services are subject to a minimum number of participants. In the event of unavailability of services or failure to reach this minimum number, Kali Experiences will propose cancellation or resale of the place to other participants.
Article 3 : Prices
Prices shown on the site are in euros and include current taxes, unless otherwise stated. They do not generally include transport, meals not included, drinks, visa fees, insurance or tips.
3.1 Price revision
The price may be revised according to variations in transport costs, taxes or exchange rates, up to 30 days prior to departure. After this period, the price cannot be modified.
Article 4 : Terms of payment
Payment for services is made by credit card or via a payment solution that allows payment in several instalments (e.g. Alma). Full payment is required at the time of registration. In the event of non-payment, Kali Experiences may cancel the reservation.
Article 5 : Cancellation and modification
5.1 By the customer
The customer may cancel or modify the reservation by contacting Kali Experiences by email.
Cancellation conditions are as follows:
- More than 90 days before departure: full refund less booking fees.
- Between 90 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the cost of the stay.
- Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the customer is invited to take out cancellation insurance.
5.2 By the organizer
If Kali Experiences has to cancel a stay, the customer will be refunded in full or a credit note may be offered. In the event of cancellation due to lack of participants, Kali Experiences will offer a refund or a new date.
Article 6 : Insurance
No insurance is included in the services provided by Kali Experiences. It is recommended that you take out insurance to cover the risks of cancellation, repatriation or cancellation of your trip.

Article 7: Liability
Kali Experiences declines all responsibility for loss, damage or injury during the retreats. Participation in the proposed activities is the personal responsibility of the participants. Participants must ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the activities.
