Awaken your body and soul with an invigorating Kundalini yoga session, setting the tone for the day ahead.

9:00 a.m. | Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast, crafted to energize and refresh you for the day’s journey.

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Preparation Circle
Join facilitators and the shaman in a sacred preparation circle, aligning intentions and energies for the day’s practices.

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Meditation
Immerse yourself in peaceful meditation, quieting the mind and deepening inner awareness.

2:00 p.m. | Lunch
Savor a wholesome, vibrant lunch made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Private Time
Use this time for personal relaxation—private talks with an integration specialist, a rejuvenating massage, a sauna or spa bath, or a peaceful walk in nature.

6:30 p.m. | Yoga, Breathwork & Group Sound Therapy
Unwind with gentle yoga, breathwork, and soothing sound therapy to release tension and restore harmony.

8:00 p.m. | Ceremony
End the day with a powerful evening ceremony, embracing collective energy and deepening your personal transformation.
