Specializing in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga, Anaïs guides her students with an intuitive, compassionate approach, helping them integrate pranayama, asanas, and meditation into their daily lives. With a background shaped by her unique upbringing in Niger and a career as a former editor-in-chief of Yoga Journal France, Anaïs combines ancient yoga traditions with modern practices, offering a teaching style that fosters self-discovery, physical strength, and inner balance.

Le Clos des Lucioles, nestled in the scenic Provence countryside, offers a serene and intimate environment for yoga and wellness retreats. SCHEDULE DAY ONE *

from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 pm | Arrival

Participants arrive and settle into the retreat venue, taking time to relax and discover the peaceful surroundings.

 

5:00 p.m | Introductory circle

Anaïs opens the retreat with an introductory circle, sharing the intentions of the stay and allowing participants to connect.

 

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm | Restorative Yoga

A gentle, restorative session to relax the body and calm the mind after the journey.

 

7:30 pm | Dinner

Sharing a healthy dinner, conducive to relaxation and exchange.

 

9:00 pm | Slow time or Meditation

Relaxation before bedtime, with meditation or personal time to prepare for a good night's sleep.
