An exceptional teacher: Kat

Kat Chareonying's journey began over ten years ago with Ashtanga, where she quickly discovered how yoga could reconnect her with her body and breath. This led to a transformative change in her life, leaving behind a 15-year career to pursue her passion for yoga.

 

Kat now specializes in Vinyasa, pre- and post-natal yoga, Yin and Reiki, combining her fitness experience to offer personalized, well-rounded classes. She empowers students to achieve their health goals through mindful movement, balanced practices and lasting well-being.

SCHEDULE DAY ONE *

From 3:00 p.m. | Arrival of Participants
Guests settle into their accommodations, explore the serene retreat surroundings, and unwind before the retreat begins.

3:30 p.m. | Opening Circle and Introduction
Kat will welcome participants, introduce the retreat’s themes, and set a collective intention for the experience.

4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Restorative Yoga Practice
Start the retreat with a grounding yoga session, blending Vinyasa and gentle movements to release tension and ease into relaxation.

7:00 p.m. | Vegetarian Dinner
Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian meal with locally sourced ingredients, fostering connection among participants.

8:00 p.m. | Welcome Workshop
A group activity to break the ice, allowing participants to share their intentions and get to know each other.
