Arrival of participants and settling into the retreat space. Take time to get familiar with your surroundings and meet fellow participants.

18h00 - 20h00 | YOGA SESSION

Flow through breath-led movement, then drop into stillness with sound and mantra. A balanced practice to energize the body and calm the mind. 

20h00 - 21h00 | DINNER

A nourishing dinner to enjoy together, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. 

21h00 - 22h00 | MUSIC AROUND THE CAMPFIRE 

Unwind by the fire with soulful guitar, shared songs, and heartfelt connection under the stars.
